Account and Privacy
You can only have one customer account at Zed By.
- Place your cursor at the top right of the homepage and click on 'my account'.
- Then enter your email address and the desired password in the registration section.
You will receive an email confirmation of the creation of your account.
The creation of an account allows you to access more easily certain services reserved exclusively for members.
You can modify your data by going to My account
To change your password click on “forgotten password” then enter the email address linked to your account, then consult your mailbox (also checking your junk mail) and click on the password reset link, Then enter your new password and click save.
If you wish to delete your account, send us an email to contact@zedby.com to let us know and we will do what is necessary to have your account deleted promptly.
Stay connected by subscribing to Zed By news. To do this, simply enter your email address at the bottom of our site and you will then receive all our current offers and promotions!
The delivery and billing address can be modified in the my account > my information section.
Orders and shipping

We respond to your messages within 24 to 48 hours !
You can always cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared, simply send us an email to contact@zedby.com.
You cannot modify an order after validation.
You can follow the progress of your order by clicking on the tracking link received by email when it was shipped.
Unfortunately once an item is out of stock on our website, it will no longer be available again as we receive limited edition models.
Promotional codes are limited in time and can be used until a certain date
The package will be delivered to the nearest post office and the postman will come the next day. If you are not there several times. The post office will return the package to us which will not be refunded to you.

Exchange & refund
You have the option of returning your costume to us within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. To do this, you must download this form, fill it out and place it in your return package.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are made 72 hours after receipt of the return package.
Other questions
Our suits are not made to measure, we have all sizes, from size 46 to size 60. However, if you need adjustments, we can direct you to a retoucher who will be able to readjust your suit!
Zed By offers the Stripe payment system which allows you to pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or via Paypal.
An invoice will be sent to you by email, a few minutes following validation of your purchase.
